Website Audit
Understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what to fix first
Many websites struggle with performance, usability, or clarity — but it’s not always obvious why.
A website audit takes a step back and looks at how your site is actually performing, both technically and from
a user’s perspective. The goal is to identify real issues and prioritize improvements that will make the biggest impact.
What a Website Audit Covers
Each audit focuses on practical areas that affect how well your site works:
- Page load speed and performance
- Mobile usability and responsiveness
- Structure, navigation, and clarity
- Technical issues that may affect reliability or search visibility
- Opportunities to simplify or improve existing functionality
I use Google PageSpeed Insights as a reference to identify real performance issues that affect both users and search visibility.
Because Google still plays a major role in how sites are discovered, their performance metrics matter — especially for mobile
users. The goal isn’t to chase a perfect score, but to make meaningful improvements that help your site load faster, work better
on mobile, and meet modern web standards.

Example PageSpeed results showing a site with performance issues compared to a site meeting modern performance standards.
